There are a few reasons you may run into difficulty when checking out of our shop or paying for a Mass offering.
There is usually a simple solution for these issues, this guide is designed to help ensure you are able to check out easily and rectify any problems that arise.
Question: Why won’t the checkout move onto the payment page?

Solutions: Ensure every box with a red * has been filled in correctly

Solutions: Any errors will be listed at the top of the page

Solutions: If you have ticked “on behalf of an organisation” change to “as an individual”
Question: How do I delete something from my basket?

Solution: Press the small red X next to the item you wish to delete
Question: I have too many of one item in my basket, how do I change the quantity?

Solution: You can change the quantity of an item here
Question: Why won’t the page load properly?

Solutions: If your page is displaying this symbol then it is trying to reload

Solutions: You can reload it by pressing the round reload arrow next to your search bar
