Hand Painted Wooden Egg

This hand painted egg is made under Fair Trade Conditions. They are made by local crafts people from the waste conifer wood that is a by-product of the sustainable forestry industry in Kashmir that would otherwise be burnt off. The wood is quite light so each egg is approximately 35 grams.
