Every November, the world glows red—not in anger, but in love and solidarity.

Red Wednesday is Aid to the Church in Need’s global campaign to shine a light on the suffering of persecuted Christians. From cathedrals to schools, monuments to homes, buildings are lit in red to honour those who cannot worship freely, who face violence, imprisonment, or even death for their faith.

This is more than a symbol. It’s a cry for justice. A prayer for peace. A promise that we will not forget them. 

Wear red. Light red. Give generously.
Because when we stand together, the persecuted are never alone.
