The Cross and the Holy Land

Take your pupils on a journey to the land where Jesus lived, died, and rose again. By connecting Gospel with real-life stories of faith, courage, and hope, this retreat helps pupils discover why the Holy Land remains such an important place for Christians today. Through ACN's work, children see how their prayers and generosity support Christian families in the Holy Land today and how the Cross is a living sign of hope for all.

Suitable for a retreat day, half-day programme, or Apostles Group sessions, this resource combines scripture, geography, discussion, quizzes, creative activities, prayer, and liturgy to create a rich and memorable encounter with Christ. Rooted in the Religious Education Directory and supporting the vision of the Prayer and Liturgy Directory, it helps pupils grow in faith through the strands of Hear, Believe, Celebrate and Live.
