The Persecuted Church at Home and Abroad
On Saturday 6 July, ACN Communications and Research Manager Dr John Newton will join Lorcan Price, Legal Counsel for the Alliance Defending Freedom, and Benedict Rogers, co-founder and Chief Executive of Hong Kong Watch, for a discussion around ‘The Persecuted Church at Home and Abroad’.
At least one in seven Christians worldwide faces persecution; challenges range from imprisonment and martyrdom in parts of Africa and Asia to the soft totalitarianism of the post-Christian West. The discussion will be chaired by Dr James Orr.
